Untamed. Bold. Beyond the norm. SHY+FLO break free once again from the familiar, unveiling their latest photographic series: ROGUE. A manifesto against conformity. A statement made through hair, form, and attitude.

Geometric structures dominate. Sharp edges, unnatural volume, contrasting textures. ROGUE plays with the concept of helmet shapes—drawn from warrior armor, designed for modern rebels. Hair becomes sculpture, armor, identity.

For this collection, SHY+FLO collaborated with a London-based designer, whose architectural approach to material and form elevated the creation to new heights.

The result? Boundless avant-garde. For those who don’t belong—but define.

NEO-MODS

A hybrid of past and future. Neo-Mods is not a revival—it’s a mutation. A statement against mediocrity, against stagnation. SHY+FLO deconstruct the codes of the MOD movement and reassemble them. Style as a weapon. Identity as a performance. No rules, only expression.

A shot of Johnny Rotten—razor-sharp, alarm red. A Grace Jones attitude-inspired curly head, sharply defined. A bob exploding in exaggerated waves, while a futuristic helmet cut celebrates the ultimate form discipline. Everything is overemphasized, almost surreal.

The color palette? Contrast as concept. Earthy neutrality meets toxic neon. Hair becomes sculpture, shine becomes excess. A decadent finish, an echo of the ‘70s, yet with the coldness of tomorrow.

POLYCHROMA

POLYCHROMA brings together two worlds in one concept. SHY+FLO look towards the Far East, drawing inspiration from the stark contrasts found in countries like China and Japan. On one hand, ancient traditions; on the other, rapid progress that’s changing the world at hyperspeed—almost like a scene from a science fiction movie.

Thus, dark, rich hair and light color gradients stand in striking contrast to one another.

The color palette of SHY+FLO was inspired by the vibrant SHIBUYA vase collection by KARTELL, which juxtaposes intense colors in clearly defined areas. The vases are made of luminous plastic with a high-gloss and polished finish—qualities that SHY+FLO have infused into their color design.

All spectral colors line up with extreme brightness, visibly standing out from the black background.
